G.I. Hillary or G.I. Thought So

April 3, 2008

GI Thought So
Well, She’s at it again. Her Magical Misery Tour of Duty flashbacks have bubbled up to her conscience. According to ABC News Jake Tapper’s Blog, we have the following:

In June 1994, Clinton told an organization trying to build a memorial for women who had served in the armed forces, that while living in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in 1975, “I decided that I was very interested in having some experience in serving in some capacity in the military. So I walked into our local recruiting office…”

Clinton recalled that she didn’t know if she wanted to be active duty, reserves, or National Guard. She was already a lawyer; surely there was a role she could perform. The Marine recruiter looked at her, she recalled, and asked how old she was. Twenty-seven, she said.

“He looked at me, and in those days that was before I learned how to wear contact lenses,” Clinton said. “I had these really thick glasses on. He said, ‘How bad’s your eyesight?’ I said, ‘It’s pretty bad.’ …Finally said to me, he said, ‘You’re too old. You can’t see. And you’re a woman.…But maybe the dogs would take you.’”

(“Dogs” would be a pejorative reference to the Army.) (Full Story)

Well, in addition to her eye site being bad in ’75 it seems her mind went sometime in ’94 yet she still has those “War” flashbacks even now in 2008.

Hillary’s Emphatic: BHO “Can’t Win!”

HRC- He Can’t WinBill Pulls a Nutty

Well, she finally “Found Her Voice” again. Apparently this time it was hiding from her until she had a conversation with Her Husband’s Former cabinet member, Bill Richardson just prior to his announcement that he was going to support BHO and not her. It seems that when Richardson placed his courtesy call to HRC to give her the news that he was Obama bound, she offered a very candid assessment of how she sees the election ending up.

Sources with direct knowledge of the conversation between Sen. Clinton and Gov. Bill Richardson, D-N.M., prior to the Governor’s endorsement of Obama say she told him flatly, “He cannot win, Bill. He cannot win.” (Full Story)

Oh, but it gets better, Bill Clinton is asked by a former Bill Richardson supporter, who is now supporting “The Hillary”, a question about Carville’s comparison of Richardson to Judas and how she thought it was a bit rough. Bill pulls a nutty:

“Five times to my face [Richardson] said that he would never do that,” Clinton said, according to the Chronicle — before, the newspaper reports, he “went on a tirade that ran from the media’s unfair treatment of Hillary to questions about the fairness of the votes in state caucuses that voted for Obama. It ended with him asking delegates to imagine what the reaction would be if Obama was trailing by just 1 percent and people were telling him to drop out.”

The media is “unfair” to her. You know they are / were so fair to President Bush and any other Conservative politician or person for that matter that I imagine it must be troubling for her to receive a little bit of a smack-down by the MSM. Too bad for her that BHO is the “Flavor of the Month.” If the phone rings at 3:00 am Imagine how disappointing it would be if Hillary answers and is speaking with someone who is Unfair, Oh the Horror!

Watergate-Era Judiciary Chief of Staff:
Hillary Clinton Fired For Lies, Unethical Behavior

As Hillary Clinton came under increasing scrutiny for her story about facing sniper fire in Bosnia, one question that arose was whether she has engaged in a pattern of lying.

The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes.
